13g Iribancha / 1.5 liters water
Bring water to a boil and then lower heat to medium-high. Add Iribancha to the boiling water. Be sure the heat is not too high, as the tea may boil over.
Keep at a gentle boil for 2 minutes, and then strain to halt infusion. Chill in the refrigerator or keep warm in the kettle.
