Japanese Tea & Gelato Kame Usagi is a Japanese tea café operated directly by Rishouen Tea Shop, specializing in gelato and tea-based sweets.

Our gelato is made using carefully selected tea leaves, including our specially blended matcha “Kouheki”, created specifically for Kame Usagi gelato.We also generously use high-quality teas such as genmaicha, houjicha, and Japanese black tea (wakoucha). Rather than simply offering strong flavors, our gelato is crafted to highlight the depth and richness of tea aroma and taste.
