Do you have a physical store?: Yes, we have a store in Uji, Kyoto. Please feel free to stop by whenever you’re in the area. We also offer seasonal limited-edition items and tea tasting guidance.
Can I purchase on line as well?: Yes, you can order from our online shop as well. We offer a wide selection ranging from staple products and seasonal teas to gift items.
What is the shelf life and proper storage method?: Shelf life is established as 6 months from processing for matcha and houjicha, and 10 months from processing for sencha, kabusecha, and gyokuro. We ship products within our designated remaining shelf life parameters. As flavor gradually diminishes over time, we kindly request consumption at your earliest convenience.

Can you accommodate a small lot order?: Yes, we accommodate small-scale stores and individual business owners as well. Please feel free to consult with us first.
Could I please have a sample of the product?: We offer tea leaf samples for purchase upon request. Please feel free to let us know if you would like to check our product lineup
Can you create a original Blend?: Yes, we are pleased to offer original tea blends designed to match your shop’s concept and taste preferences. We would be delighted to assist you in creating a unique and special tea.
